Mey Deras is a biblical counselor and Bible teacher with a Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling and over 15 years of ministry experience. Drawing from her own experiences with trauma, depression, and family challenges, she helps women find healing, freedom, and hope through Jesus Christ.
Through counseling, teaching, and her Spanish podcast, Los Detalles de Tu Vida, Mey encourages women to apply biblical truth to everyday struggles. She also serves alongside her husband, Pastor Haziel, and offers the Free to Forgive Challenge, helping women find freedom from past hurts through forgiveness.
