Hi, I’m Windy. I love Jesus, and I love people. I’m a believer, wife, mom, grandmother, minister, writer, business owner, and podcaster who believes God still speaks today—and He loves to speak to His children.
My calling is simple: to listen, obey, and share the Gems of Knowledge the Holy Spirit gives—truth that is meant to be lived and shared, always rooted in Scripture.
Through Gems of Knowledge, I share Holy Spirit–led, Scripture-rooted devotionals and teachings to help others learn to hear Jesus for themselves and walk out their faith daily. Together let’s win the race (1 Corinthians 9:24)!
Why “Gems of Knowledge”
Many mornings the Spirit speaks and the words flow like water. I write them down, test them by the Word, and offer them here so you can walk them out with me. We “let the word of Christ dwell in us richly, teaching and admonishing one another” (Colossians 3:16), and we “speak the truth in love … as each part does its work” (Ephesians 4:15–16).

How I discern
Please don’t take my word for anything—test everything with the Word and the Spirit (John 16:13). I aim to walk humbly, repent quickly, forgive freely, and obey Jesus. When we seek the Word and the Holy Spirit, He will reveal truth.
A Bit of My Story
My journey with Jesus hasn’t always looked the way it does today. For years, I knew about God, but discovering that I could have a personal, intimate relationship with Him changed everything.
As I began learning to recognize His voice and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit, I discovered something beautiful: God doesn’t just want us to know about Him. He wants us to know Him personally.
Along the way, He began placing words of encouragement, revelation, and understanding on my heart. What started as simple obedience to write down and share what He was teaching me eventually grew into Gems of Knowledge.
I’m still learning, still growing, and still discovering new treasures in His Word. And I love getting to share that journey with you!
What I believe (briefly)
- Jesus is Lord, the only Savior.
- The Bible is trustworthy, our final authority.
- The Holy Spirit leads believers into truth, transforms and empowers us to love and witness.
- The Church is a Body with many parts; your part matters! (1 Corinthians 12).
