If you’ve got five minutes, the Lord has something to say. Each devotional is an invitation — a spark from His Word to stir your heart. But the true treasure is in the Action: five minutes you set aside to be with Him. It’s there, in His presence, that the Holy Spirit fills your lamp with oil, transforms your heart, and aligns your life with His. This is your daily time with the King — not just learning about Him, but knowing Him, walking with Him, and being made ready for the Bridegroom’s return.
Short. Simple. Powerful. And really — it’s only five minutes. Who doesn’t have five minutes for the King?
These short, Scripture-anchored devotionals include at least one passage of scripture, one clear insight, one simple action, and a short prayer—so you can walk with Jesus each day, not just think about Him.
Jesus is our daily sacrifice, our constant advocate before the Father. As His temple, we must protect our bodies and hearts from worldly corruption. Let us live as He lived—pure, surrendered, and faithful.
Daniel was faithful, trustworthy, and responsible. David longed for God’s commands. How do we become like them? By pursuing God’s presence, letting Him refine us, and living in His Word daily. In doing so, we are strengthened, filled with joy, and made ready to stand firm through any storm.
Like Belshazzar, our lives will be weighed in God’s balance. Will we be found lacking or secure in Christ? Jesus is our escape from wickedness and our hope in trial.
After being humbled and restored, King Nebuchadnezzar boldly proclaimed his gratitude to God to the entire world. Like Peter, he didn’t keep quiet—he testified. On this Thanksgiving, let us be bold in proclaiming our own testimony of what God has done and is doing. Gratitude is meant to be shared!
Even in the darkest valleys, God is there—revealing hidden things and turning fear into faith. The light of His presence transforms darkness into conquered ground when we trust and seek Him.
Ezekiel’s vision of the river of life points us to Jesus—the Living Water who heals, restores, and brings life wherever He flows. Follow Him deeper, and let His Spirit carry you from wading in the shallows to swimming in His goodness.
